Your initial consult with Dr. Stuart Shafer or Stacy Smith, PA-C will give you a chance to discuss your concerns. Additional testing may be ordered at this appointment for you to complete, including lab work, diagnostic imaging, and Neurodiagnostic procedures. For labs and diagnostic imaging, we can refer and send orders to offsite lab and imaging facilities that are in network with your insurance company or conveniently located near you. Once all testing is performed, we will schedule an additional follow up with Dr. Stuart Shafer or Stacy Smith, PA-C to discuss the test results and findings.

We also welcome those looking for 2nd opinions on recent or existing diagnoses. We ask that you bring with you, or have faxed to our office prior to the appointment, your most recent testing results; lab work, imaging, studies, or Neurodiagnostic procedures. Additional testing may be ordered at your appointment depending on the quality of previous test results.
